I think for years I was in a position where I would talk to people about energy healing, which let me clarify, I mean “clearing energy” that’s what I mean by energy healing. Because to me, clearing is absolutely healing, and there is a process to it. So I’m writing a short post about what works for me and what I’ve been doing for more than 15 years professionally. What I do for others, I also do for myself regularly.
I on average, I must have facilitated a thousand healings (or clearings) on myself at this point in my life in 2021. In 2021 alone, I’ve probably facilitated 30 or more clearings on myself. So it’s is a process. If you get one clearing or one healing and expect that to be life changing for you, that’s great, but that’s not what happened for me. So I’m trying to help outline what works for me (at least a little).
Here are a few issues that energy healing has helped me with over the last 20 years.
- Fear (In the present and fear of future outcomes)
- Grief and Loss
All of the above, I’ve used the modality of energy healing or “clearing” on myself. It has helped to be incredibly resilient in the physical world, mental resilience and emotional resilience.
My process, which wasn’t my process when I first learned of this work. But now, I’ve been in practice quite a long time, so I’ve grown spiritually, I’ve become highly intuitive and I’m a grateful person. Not a perfect person, but a grateful one. I’ve been doing the process so long, I’ve altered it and made it my own to a significant degree.
Some people may say, “well good for you, but I exercise to relieve my stress.” Without question exercise relieves my stress as well, so does eating well, taking nutritional supplements, talking to people who I trust and a variety of other things. But for me, it’s more than that. Because here’s the thing. I’m a “facilitator” of the energy healing or energy clearing. I’m not the healer (I have to correct one of my videos where I say I’m a better healer today than I was 15 years ago, it’s true I am). But what I mean when I say I’m a healer is that I’m a facilitator of the healings. It’s easier to say I’m a healer, than to say I’m a facilitator of healings. It’s a connection to The Creator (or God, meaning the one God of the Bible and other well known religions), and a specific set of processes that I go through to work with the Divine on my behalf, or another individual’s behalf.
That’s it in a quick nutshell of a post. The topic is a big one, no doubt. What I was taught and then practiced and still practice today, is a healing modality I will do the rest of my life and I feel incredibly grateful for what I learned. Call it woo, woo, but it works for me.
